Text Box: WARRP Leadership assembled for the first of several planned quarterly team meetings on April 27-28. The team consists of members representing the following organizations: DHS, DoD, CDC, DOE, EPA, FEMA, HHS, National Guard, PNNL, SNL, LANL, LLNL, Cubic, and local partners. 
The meeting provided the team the opportunity to: 1) update current program activities,   2) forecast future events, and 3) interact with task team leads to ensure a unity of effort.  Each of the five of the WARRP program task areas were reviewed in detail.  
Task 1: Systems Analysis Study led by DHS Science &Technology Directorate (supported by Sandia) provided an update to the study’s quantitative and qualitative     objectives,     approach, and CBR Scenarios. 
Task 2: Frameworks/Guidance led by FEMA (supported by PNNL and Cubic)     reviewed the plans to develop the local recovery framework and FEMA reviewed the plan for updating CBR elements of the National       Text Box: Team Coordination Meeting

Disaster Recovery Framework based on WARRP deliverables.

Task 3: Technology led by DoD/DTRA discussed the plan to do a gap analysis to     determine what technologies should be funded based on the goal of transitioning products or non-material solutions to end-users.

Task 4: Exercises, Workshops, and Seminars led by DHS S&T (supported by Cubic) developed a tentative calendar for future events (see WARRP SharePoint calendar).

Task 5: Transition led by SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific provided the team with the    transition process and emphasized that any product/deliverable developed in this program must have a ultimate owner that will sustain it.
